Returns & Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges accepted for delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Certain items, like custom-made or clearance products, are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within three hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
